What is Black Cotton?

Set in an alternate reality where the social order of "white" and "black" is reversed, when it comes to social standing and class, the Cottons are at the top of the food chain, part of the One Percent, and are seemingly untouchable. However, that all changes when Zion, their police officer son, who decided to not follow in the footsteps of his father and matriculate towards running the family business, is involved in the shooting of a minority white woman and ignites their city in a fury of protests and a call for action against racial injustice.

JERPA NILSSON

Jerpa Nilson is the founder and lead designer of Logical Kaos Design. He is just an everyday Swede. The hand is his symbol because it feels more logical and representative of him that a regular profile pic. In his opinion, he is an amateur digital graphic designer who does inlays, logos, promos, back covers, front covers; additionally, he does tasks such as organizing pdfs, fixing images and all the grunt work of production. He feels like he kinda stumbled into the comics world by helping out a creator and then found that it was interesting and fun, thus he continued on and began working alot with Brian Hawkins and now, working on Black Cotton.

He has no formal education in the field of work, nor does he draw or sees himself as an actual artist, but since he does work in digital graphics and design, he’s decided to be okay with the mantle of Graphic Designer and will continue to do his best to make all projects he’s working on come alive to the best of his ability.
